Service Description

This form is for program clients only, please don't fill it out if you haven't already accepted, paid for and started a program with me. CLIENTS: Don't use this form if you're booking your very first session with me, go back a step and find the First Session form. This is a request form - I will open up the days I have availability for and then confirm depending on your location/timing. Program Structure: If you book a session every couple months, for the average dog this will normally work well for a behaviour mod case - some dogs take a lot longer between sessions and that's fine, but it wouldn't normally be more frequent than that unless the human client is doing a lot of disciplined work/group classes regularly AND the dog is a fairly easy case. GENERALLY speaking for most advanced programs: (group classes should be attended between all) Session 2 is looking at proofing basics with distractions/in a distracting area once you have a good handle on the basics Session 3 I am generally wanting to start proofing recalls/emergency downs with even higher/even more real life distractions and troubleshooting any reactivity issues that may still be there Session 4 I'm looking to test the reliability of all training & safety of the dog in a real world location (refining session) - If you want to repeat any of these you can pay (minimally) for them just book that service instead. - If your dog needs more than 4 sessions despite regular group classes attended & homework done that's where the extra free sessions come into play. Basic Programs are similar but we are using: - Session 1 for Intro - Session 2 for proofing in distracting area *Relying more on groups ^ homework for the brunt of the proofing* - Then Session 3 Refining Session to test
